Take the chicken breast, rub it with olive oil on both sides and season it with salt, pepper and oregano. For 8-10 minutes cook the breasts on the grill on one side and after turn around on the other side. When the chicken is ready cover it in aluminum foil and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile prepare the dressing by mixing the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano and salt.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

– 400 gr. of fresh green beans
– Green onion
– 2 pieces of garlic
– Salt and pepper

Wash the green beans, cut the ends and take out the strings from the sides (but if is fresh and yang will not have). Put some water to boil with salt and when started to boil add the green beans.

Boil the green beans for 5-10 minutes, depending how yang is. When is ready take it out from water and put for 15 seconds in cold water.
Put the green beans in a bowl and prepare the dressing with green onion cut very small, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
